Hi all, I typically never leave reviews because quite frankly I just don't have the time, but for some reason I just feel compelled to leave one now. My story all starts with the numerous commercials that Chipotle has on TV with their freshly made guacamole and glistening chicken freshly prepared on the grill. Well enough of these commercials you've convinced me to stop by and have lunch, so I tried. Upon entering the Chipotle on Del Prado, I was surprised that there were no guest in the dining room. I figured I just stopped at a time (2:30pm) that was between busy times. Although the restaurant appeared to be clean, what I was faced with was what appeared to be a shift change, an easy endeavor where several employee's are clocking-out and several employee's are clocking-in, but wait how about me? As the employee's that were leaving could care less, and apparently the employee's that were clocking-in could care less either. But wait there seemed to be someone in the back that made eye contact with me, as I stood in front of the counter which seemed like an eternity, and I was made to feel very lonely and unappreciated for stopping in during of all times, a shift change. Wait, the one employee who I thought would appreciate me soon looked away. Oh wait again, maybe now there is a glimmer of hope with the one employee that was making a burrito would perhaps look up and at least smile and say hi, but again no one helped me, greeted me, or made me feel welcome. So, my advise to the owner and management is that if you do everything you can to get the customer through the door and spend all the money on advertising, then you must make sure that your employees by in 100% and make the customer that walks through your doors feel appreciated and most importantly get helped. The trend of poor service must stop, and it hopefully it starts with you. Although, I will not be giving your location another try, I hope that my review will help you make you customer experience a...
Read moreThe food was good once it was finally made right , but to be 100% honest they need to really pay attention to the people they hire or get a new hiring manager , having someone who is bilingual is a GREAT asset to have in a business but to hire someone who ONLY speaks Spanish and no English is not . I went to order 4 bowls and have literally never had this issue before but this is the 2nd time at this location that I have had to try to order from an employee who speaks absolutely no English, I always have to bring someone that speaks Spanish with me and even then 2 of the bowls was messed up and had to be remade all because the employee didn't even know what the food options were in English at least . I'm very understanding for the most part but that literally makes u not want to go there because u don't want to be holding up the line and waiting forever just because an employee doesn't understand a bit of English. And really the company should know who they hire and if who they hire doesn't speak English at all they should not be taking orders from customers they should be doing something else like food prepping in the back or something like that so the other employees can easily communicate the needs to them in Spanish rather than them taking orders and are confused and messing up the whole time . It's not fair to the employees or...
Read moreA Chipotle in Cape Coral - A good choice for a meal This chain was founded in July 1993 in Colorado and has grown to where there are now 3300+ Chipotle restaurants in the US as of Dec 2023 and 222 of them are in Florida. This particular restaurant is located on the northeast side of Del Prado Blvd near the intersection of that road and Veteran’s Memorial Parkway in building shared with a few other businesses to include a Starbucks.. Del Prado is a busy road so getting to and from this location can be a little challenging. Like all the Chipotle restaurants, this site sports the signature menu of bowls, tacos, and burritos made in front of the customer. This location has parking on at least 2 sides of the restaurant and is adjacent to a larger parking area. You order at the counter and follow your food to the register where you pay. I, personally like their chicken bowls but I am not a fan of their chips. The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant was clean with their high and low metal tables for eating your food inside. Overall, this is an excellent place to get a good meal in the...
