Our first visit and we could not be more pleased. We were very quite surprised at how down-to-earth and pleasant the staff treated us. All we needed was a battery in a Swiss watch and the task was completed while were there. No second trip to come back and pick it up.

Janice assisted us and was most helpful explaining how every piece coming in is photographed and insured. She showed us around the store so we could see the astonishing inventory giving us some background on the makeup of Mark’s creations. Awesome work! One of a kind is pretty overused, but in this case it is true. We saw pieces that we have never seen before.

We purchased a replacement everyday diamond wedding band that we have been looking for over a couple of years. It had to be resized from 6.5 to 8.5 and you can not tell the difference even with a loupe. Promised in a week but it was done in two days! The Mrs.is very happy.

We returned a few days later with a Swiss watch that had been abused by another so-called Fort Myers Jeweler while replacing a battery. They “polished” the case and ruined it. They took off the high polish shine and it looked liked brushed stainless steel. Mark polished it out and you would swear this 25 year old watch shines like it was brand new! We are so grateful.

My wife and I stopped in at Mark Loren Designs today (2/27/25). I had an issue with closing the back plate on my wrist watch and my wife had concerns about her wedding ring and whether the diamond's prongs were secure. My wife also had some questions about her deceased mother's ring that my wife now wears daily. We were greeted by store associate and consultant, Kim. Kim could not have been more helpful, pleasant and informative. She went above and beyond in assisting and addressing our questions and concerns. I would strongly recommend Mark Loren Designs to anyone looking for a first-class and reputable jeweler. Kim is a definite asset to this business and so wonderful to converse with. I might add that while browsing the store my wife and I observed very unique pieces of jewelry - more unique than most other jewelry stores we have frequented. Mark Loren took the time to help us out with our engagement ring that was purchased from another merchant. He gave us an honest opinion of it's value. It turned out that the other local Jeweler had damaged the center stone and sold us a poorly crafted ring. He helped us with this difficult transaction out of his own good will, he was not trying to sell us a new ring, like most local stores do when you walk in the door!

We were so grateful for all of their help, we ended up getting a setting designed by Mark Loren Designs. I will tell you: this was a first class operation from the beginning to the end. The online design management software was amazing, they were able to pinpoint our design with the cad renderings and build the most amazing setting we could imagine. The design work was flawless, and the pricing was excellent. My fiance is so happy with the ring, we cannot thank Mark and his staff enough for helping us transform our engagement ring purchase from the initial debacle (w/ the other merchant) to a tremendous success.
