2nd review - 2 years after the first - I remembered how much my dad loved his basket and was looking for a unique gift for my mom's birthday today since I live in a different state. Spoke with Laura this time, too, and she knocked it out of the park again! My mom LOVES her basket. Do not let their website turn you off - Laura will create a completely custom basket for you whatever the occasion at your targeted all-in price. I wanted a gift for my dad while he is recovering from an accident and found Creative Baskets online. After perusing their many baskets displayed online, I called and talked to Laura. She was easy to work with and super friendly. They put together a fantastic basket for the price option i provided. I called and talked to Laura. She was very easy to talk to and asked all the right questions to get the perfect basket I need to WOW a prospective client. The budget was $100 and they created a basket that was very large and flashy. They only deliver (delivery was included in the price), so I had them deliver the basket to my business, so I could deliver the basket in person. It was delivered the next day. When I arrived at my prospective client's business, they were blown away with "how beautiful" the basket was. I ordered a basket for my mom who lives in Naples for her birthday/Mother's Day. I asked Laura to send me a picture of what she put together, but she did not. With a budget of $150, I thought it would be pretty impressive, but my mother didn't really say anything about it, aside from the fact that she enjoyed the wine. My mother sent me this picture...
