🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, A Must-Stop Coffee Spot!
Hands down one of the best coffee ☕️ shops I’ve ever visited, friendly vibes, amazing service, and the coffee? Absolutely 🏆 award-worthy. I had the BLT egg sandwich on gluten-free bread, and I can’t stop thinking about it. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the gluten-free bread was toasted just right (which we all know is rare!).
And yes… I went back the next morning! This time I started my day with a toasted marshmallow latte (with oat milk, of course) and tried the scrambled eggs with turkey sausage. Just as delicious. Honestly, anything you order here is going to be a win. ✨
The staff is super welcoming and kind, and the owner? Absolutely shines, she runs the place with heart and hustle, and it shows in every cup and every plate.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through Cape Coral, do yourself a favor and stop in at Perk & Brew. You’ll leave full, caffeinated, and smiling.

Read moreI was more than just not impressed. And I really love local coffee shops, but in this case you better go to Starbucks across Cape Coral PKWY. We came about an hour before they were closing. It felt generally that they were focused on closing the shop and on those customers that were there before us, who also are being regulars. I say that because the lady who seemed to be the owner took more time to chat with the regular customers than to take the food order from us. The young girl never even acknowledged our existance as she was busy with another guy who was sitting near from before. The coffee is super expensive with $0.75 for milk alternatives however the taste of that coffee is not worth of that price. It just tasted like frotted millk with spalsh of cheap coffee. The food we ordered was actually good but the sandwich took as long as cooking an entree in the restairant. The worst part of this all that is was so hot inside that we were even sweating. I am not sure whether they turn the AC off due toapproaching closing time or they just saving on it. But even the good tatsing sandwich will not make it up to poor...
Read moreI've been trying to get to Perk & Brew for a while now. It's their hours that's been a challenge. I was finally ready to wait until their opened at 9am on a Sunday. That's a bit late for me and I'm sure others who need their caffeine earlier in the morning will pop across the street to the green siren people or the donut people.
Today, I was here at 8:55 and they opened the doors at 9:00. A very nice woman took my order at the counter and brought my "black eye" to me at my table outside. Perfect coffee.
There are a half dozen covered tables outside and while the ground has a slight slope, it's still comfortable. Being next to busy Cape Coral Blvd is a concern but there are some trees between the road and the restaurant so I didn't need to be concerned about a crazy driver.
Nice to be trusted and pay later. That's...
