Me and my 2 nieces came into the store this morning to get a make your own charm bracelet as a souvenir, this was a completely awful experience. When we first started looking everything was extremely expensive but lacking quality, we started picking charms but there was 0 prices shown which was confusing when the prices range from $10-$30 which is a huge difference in price when ur picking out small charms. They picked out all their choices and we go to ring it up and pay and then the employee charges my card and after tells me it’s going to be around a hour, there was only 1 girl in the store so they were understaffed which is understandable but you have to keep in mind that it’s a sunday and when ur business is in a tourist destination you cannot expect everyone to have a hour. So I ask for a refund directly after paying since we were going home after coming to their shop since we were only here for a the weekend and as i’m waiting she rings up the next customer once again pays and then says it’s gonna be a hour after already ringing her up and she needs to get a refund too. Very confused why you wouldn’t tell someone about that long of a wait on a sunday in vacation season??? And then when I get home they refunded my $100 and decided to take a random $31 extra out of my account after the refund goes throguh so I have been on the phone with them trying to get the 30 dollars they took for no reason out of my account back and still haven’t received any confirmation.
