Good morning to the owner who clearly responds to reviews on here. Just an FYI your workers on Sunday Oct 10th were 2 of the rudest workers I've EVER encountered in the customer service industry. The girl working the front counter especially barking at people rudely, offering no advice on free samples or the products, terse rude answers when asking questions and hey when I said it was our first time visiting and there was so much stuff it was kind of overwhelming she blankly looked away and flat out ignored me. Seriously we were looking at every product on the wall for several minutes and the girls standing there and doesn't say once hey would you like to try a free sample of something? We have to get to the point where we're checking out our order and the girl at the cash register says oh she could have given you a free sample well why didn't she say that isn't that her job? Especially when customers are standing there looking at the product unsure of which to purchase. Alrighty then thanks for the help!
A customer walked in behind us And she clearly missed the sign that said no food allowed and yes she was violating that sign by holding a ice cream cone simple mistake she was with two friends but this employee barked at her out loud as if she couldn't wait to say it when the woman walked in "NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED IN!" To which the three women said did you hear how she just talked to her let's go and they all walked out together. So one person has food and because of this girl's attitude you turned away two other potential customers who could have bought product that's not the way you do business. It was honestly as if she was waiting for that door to open to yell.
Lastly girl at the register was a little bit better but her attitude overall wasn't that much better either.
Honestly I don't care if the peanut butter is the greatest thing that I've ever tasted in my life we still bought stuff but I would never step foot in that place again just based off of the customer service that I didn't receive from the workers if you don't want to be there quit or go home there's no reason to treat customers the way...
Read morewe have been coming to the peanut butter company easily for 9 years… each year there is something new and exciting, i remember the first year i came there was literally peanut butters of different flavors and each year since we go stock up on our PB, but also fall in love with a new aspect that was added to the store. i never thought to write a review though... not until this past weekend. i have a 3 month old baby, so we had to take shifts going inside (or so we felt). the workers made it easy….. there is a ramp and ample room inside if you go early enough. we sat outside and had sandwiches. they offered us drinks as well, i never would've realized they had lactaid or how perfectly it paired with my banana bread peanut butter sandwich. the honey that was in the tea was so great that we had to grab a jar before we left too! the employees brought us out napkins that we forgot to grab, took our picture for us, and were just friendly. you could tell they love this place as much as we do. i'd like to especially recognize debbie for her accommodating demeanor and grade a...
Read moreWe used the Cape May Peanut Butter Co for our wedding favors and our guests loved them! The CMPB Co. made the entire process easy and simple, with clear pricing and options for delivery. We had two weddings, and for the first, we put chocolate peanut butter biscotti in the welcome bags. It's been months since our wedding, and people are still talking about the biscotti! For our second wedding, we used the 3oz honey roasted peanut butters as favors, and our guests (of all ages!) broke into their jars right away. Thankfully we ordered extra, because some people finished their jars before they left! We had a great experience with Cape May Peanut Butter Co. and recommend them whether you're looking for favors, or just looking for a fun shop to explore...
