Dellas 5 & 10 — Local services in Cape May

I can not believe the language on the young people who "work" there...playing around making fun of people...I used to love going in there..onevof the few places with a soda fountain...sad...workers attitude is reprehensible...I won't be going back...am here on 1-2-2021.came down to support cape may..was in the store drank a coffee best in cape may..used the rest room..about two hours later came back in to pick up the herald I went to use the rest room someone sitting at the counter said it was broken..use the one across the street. I said I used it earlier it was fine counter associate told me it's fine no ones allowed to use it..ok..you lost a customer for life..first thing I did when arriving in Cape may...dellas ..coffee..herald ..a book THOSE DAYS ARE OVER..now I know I'll never go back the new owners decided to remove the stools from the "soda fountain" What are you thinking...your not,when the thrill of the new store where's off you will regret pushing the true customers...

Della’s 5 & 10 has always been one of our go to places when on the Washington Street Mall, and we locally off the island. Over the past few years, Della’s was not what it used to be, and was going downhill. Then the new owners took over, and what a wonderful change!! They have made this store a great shopping experience. They offer everything you would expect to find and much, much more! I was blown away by what is available for purchase. The employees there are so nice and very helpful!! Although it is not open yet this season, they will have a coffee and ice cream counter. Saw a recent negative review, and totally disagree with their opinion. Anyone who has been going to this store over the years can only appreciate the changes that have been...

I wish there was a zero star option, the food is terrible. My friend Ordered some fries and they took more than 20 minutes to come out and the man working there didn’t give me a chance to order my food at all. Once my friend got her food I asked for my fries and then the man proceeded to roll his eyes at me and then took another 20 plus minutes to make the fries. Once I got my fries they were less than mediocre. I ate about half and then went to pay the man looked mad that I only ate half. I payed first and then my friend payed for her fries, when she was paying the man asked her if she wanted the rest of my fries!! Not to mention that throughout him making the fries he was watching ghostbusters on the tv which slowed down the process even more. NEVER GO HERE...
