I needed a tailor to hem a dress I'd bought for a wedding, and after being scared off by Google reviews and a phone call to other tailors in the Carlisle area where customer service was lacking, I decided to call Bonnie. She was so helpful: realistic about timing and informative about what I should bring. When I went to have it pinned, she was so friendly and we had great conversation! She ended up finishing earlier than expected and the hem was absolutely perfect! She already has such reasonable pricing, the customer service makes it a total steal :) Bonnie is such a talented seamstress and I look forward to the next time I get to work with her....
