I ordered a medium pizza just like I have been doing for the past 4 to 5 days now and they have all been the same exact order and all got delivered the same way and it was good but today 6/4/2025 I ordered another one at 6:40pm, when it got delivered the box size is smaller than the rest of the other times that I ordered it and on top of it when I opened the box the pizza was really burnt. Now I’ve always ordered a well done pizza but this time it was burnt burnt…the crusts was so hard there was no way my kids or myself could’ve even enjoyed it not to mention it’s our favorite part on the pizza. So I called the store a young lady answered, soon as I voiced my concerns she immediately started speaking rudely as she got loud over the phone and now that I think about it I had this similar incident happen with me with this same individual before…I remember because she’s the only one that speaks aggressively over the phone. So anyways I let her know hey the food I ordered was medium but the box that I received is seems smaller than the one that I got yesterday for them being the same size that I ordered and also the pizza is too burnt I can’t even feel the softness of the crust. She started arguing with me stating that I got the right size of pizza and I ordered a well done pizza so that’s what I got. So I continue to tell her “no this is a different size according to the boxes that am looking at and yes I ordered a well done pizza because that’s the only way it tastes and looks cooked but that did not meant that I wanted my food burnt. She yelled at me over the phone as she tells me she’s going to refund my money for my pizza. I waited a little I didn’t get no signs to let me know that they refunded my money so I called back but because she recognized my phone number she picked the phone up and never said anything and she hung up so I called back they just sent the phone on hold for 5 to 10 minutes before they finally answered. It was the same young lady. I let her know that I didn’t get any prove that she refunded the money then she said aggressively that I wasn’t going to get proof and if I needed one I can go to the store n get it so I said I paid for delivery fee and my food wasn’t right so why couldn’t she just email me prove and once again she responded aggressively and yelling “I’m not going to DoorDash your prove to you; if you want it come to the store.” So I asked her why she giving me an attitude when they are the one that wronged me so at this point am upset because of the ways she’s talking to me and screaming on the phone so I grabbed my car keys and drove to the location. When I got there I called 911 because I didn’t want anyone lying on me about something that I did not do so basically for my protection I called them to come to the store location so while am on the phone with the 911 dispatcher all three of them that was working this evening are literally yelling at me and talking over me I couldn’t even hear the dispatcher questions that she was asking me and one of her guys that was working said “all this craziness over some pizza…” as if their behavior was ok and justified. The dispatcher had asked me to step out so I can be able to talk to her so I did and she asked me to wait in the car till the cops came. When the cops came I explained to him and he went in the store while I waited in the car for him to return when he came back to the car he gave me a receipt with a voided amount of $20.06 on there and said “that’s what they refunded me and how the young lady said that she couldn’t refund the delivery fee because it was out of her hand and asked me not to return at least for the rest of today so I told the cops that I was not even planning on to ever go back at all ever and I left. I just wanted to mention that when I went to the location I did take one of my empty boxes from my previous orders this week and also the ones that they delivered today to show them proof of why I thought the sizes was not the same but they didn’t care they was just being rude and aggressive...

The issue from the start was there was a mix up and he did not have my pizza and had to run back to the store to get it. Ok. Mistakes happen. The big issue is when contacting the store about this, we asked since it will take aprox an hr to get a pizza, can we get a discount or a soda. When the rep over the phone asked the manager, the manager khoh (no one knew his last name nor would give it to me) laughed at my request and only offered to take $2 off the order. I am not writing this about the order, this is about how the manager and how he and the reps in the store handled the situation. It took an hour to receive a pizza and they did not want to acknowledge the issue and laughed when we asked for something regarding the issue. Read moreStopped in on Saturday around 11 o’clock and ordered two items. I ordered a Papadia and cinnamon pull a parts. On the order took about 20 to 25 minutes when I arrive for pick up and there were two people working in the restaurant one person on the assembly line and one person work in the oven in the register, the store seemed slow and quiet, but yet there was still a mess on the assembly line, calendar, and floor that surrounds it, I get that there are times when you’re in a hurry but for being open in less than an hour and a half and relatively slow, there’s no reason to have a mess everywhere.
