I found this business through a recommendation from my stepfather who lives in Carlsbad. I ordered a large bouquet for my mother through their website for her birthday and Mother's Day.

After paying $20 extra dollars to have them delivered that day (I placed my order at 11:30am), my mother finally told me at 7:30pm they hadn't arrived. I called the business, and was told that my order was canceled because they didn't have the flowers. I was also told that they are just a delivery hub for Teleflora, and because of this, they had no way to contact me about the cancelation.

They had no contact info for Teleflora, I was STILL charged for an order that was never even processed, and my mother never got flowers for her birthday.

DO NOT be fooled into thinking you are dealing with a "local" company if you try to order online! They are a funnel for Teleflora. Unless you can walk into the store and place an order in person, do not waste your money...

I used to work at Carlsbad Floral back in 81-82, so being out of the country for Mother’s Day this year, I was able to call them and place my order over the phone. All I really asked for was a purple vase. My mom got her flowers on Friday and she was ecstatic , the whole arrangement was with purple flowers and the purple vase. She said they smelled wonderful . So I’m a very satisfied customer!!! My mom was surprised and just loved her...
