I don't know were to begin so I will start with the people who work here are fantastic especially Kristy she is there assistant manager, she made a very upsetting and stressful situation into a very positive and happy one, a situation that could of been easily resolved if the manager in Shakopee, MN had done his job which is to not only sell you a phone but to educate customer about there purchase which Are not cheap, we wanted to get IPhones after having Androids for many years and it a totally different operating system which I would think a manager would explain this to someone like me but he didn't so after about two weeks we found out that the only way to update the software is through a Wi-Fi signal well we do not have Wi-Fi in the truck oh yeah my husband is a truck driver so we travel throughout 48 ststes so we would have to use unsecured Wi-Fi to do this and that is unacceptable to us we always had the option with our Androids, so we wanted to return them and due to the fact that we were doing this only a 1/2 a day past the 14 days they give you for returns they basically said we can't help you and I was also told that all new phones operate like the IPhone with doing updates which was a bald face lie! So I called customer care support first girl I spoke to hung up on me then I called back and got Destiny on the phone she actually cared about my situation and did her best to help she sent me to this store near us which we were now in Carlsbad, New Mexico and this is were everything got better, I walked in was greeted immediately I started to explain what was going on to Kristy she told me that customer care should not of sent me here since they are a retail store not Corporate however she would do her best to help me and help me she did she went above and beyond to make me happy, after several phone calls to customer care and one to the store in Minnesota( by the way the manager Justin never called back when I was there) epic failure of customer service and management skills at that store maybe they should send them to this store to be trained to actually take care of their customers. She finally got a customer care representative to help me and agreed to returning my phones back to Minnesota and taking the devices off my billing, Kristy printed an over night shipping label for me and would not allow me to pay for it now that's just outstanding customer service and pretty much unheard of nowadays. So we ended up reactivating our old phones and I left, but the story does not end here after I returned to the truck and told my husband of my amazing experience he said we wanted new phones either way so why not get them here since you already now that you will be well taken care of so I returned to the store asked for Kristy and she explained to me what my options were for some other phones so I ended up getting two new LG phones which so far we are very happy with. Then apologized and here I am a month later, nothing has been resolved, 2 broken phones I spent 480.00 on insurance for that never got replaced. 1200.00 in phones charges and my balance was zero dollars the day I walked in to attempt to repair my phones. This is my business account I spent datuk easily 4800.00 on. They took the phones threw them in a bag behind desk for 2 weeks and never told anyone about them. This place is a joke. How and why would anyone treat a business this way. If you own a business you best think twice on how you are going to do business if this happens to you.
