Working on my third OP puzzle now. Their selection is top notch. Pieces fit perfectly, which you would think is obvious but trust me, certain companies just suck. OP puzzle pieces are well cut and easy to identify if its in the correct location or not.

Very impressed with OP's customer service. I had purchased a beautiful 1000 Zelda puzzle and ended up losing three pieces. I filled out OP's C/S request sheet and had an email the next day from a rep. After submitting a few pics of my puzzle they let me know they located the three pieces and would ship them to me. They came yesterday and the pieces are perfect. I glued and framed this piece of art immediately.

Tried placing an order in which more than half the items were removed from the order after providing my credit card info over the phone. I told the sales rep if they could not get the items, I wanted to cancel. He never followed up and I've called back and emailed a few times and I'm getting no response. I have concerns our credit card will be fraudulently charged considering I've canceled the order and I was concerned in the first place since none of the distributors I deal with request credit card information over the phone.
