Working on my third OP puzzle now. Their selection is top notch. Pieces fit perfectly, which you would think is obvious but trust me, certain companies just suck. OP puzzle pieces are well cut and easy to identify if its in the correct location or not.
Very impressed with OP's customer service. I had purchased a beautiful 1000 Zelda puzzle and ended up losing three pieces. I filled out OP's C/S request sheet and had an email the next day from a rep. After submitting a few pics of my puzzle they let me know they located the three pieces and would ship them to me. They came yesterday and the pieces are perfect. I glued and framed this piece of art immediately.
