Read the other reviews (assuming they don’t delete them). Raken will give you nothing but trouble, headaches, and issues when it comes time to cancel or renew their services. Customer service is adequate while you are adding licenses but the moment you attempt to reduce licenses their customer service is nonexistent. Trying to get upper management involved and address any of my concerns was impossible and a complete waste of time. We were a customer for over 5 yrs and they treated us horribly! They simply do not care about you, the customer, as you are simply a number to them and they do not need your business. Absolutely terrible customer service!
