Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Carlsbad

I highly recommend not to buy from this store. I spend almost $1000 to buy Polo Ralph Lauren last week at other factory store in San Diego. Unfortunately by mistake I got one T shirt of size S whereas my size is L. I realized that when I wear T shirt. I went to nearest Polo Ralph factory store in Carlsbad, I had the original receipt as well as All tag intact. The store manager initially refused to replace it with Size L as I tried it & it had my perfume fragrance: I wasted my time to convince store manager & at last they agreed to replace it. I have been buying from this store because it closed to my place but now I will try my best to never go to this store of Polo Ralph. This is my worst experience in any Polo Ralph store. I highly recommend not to buy from this store as if there is any issue in the product you will have hard time to get it replaced. Better to buy from Macys. Also if there is so much problem for store managers, they should close these stores and sell only in shops/online I have been great fan of Polo Ralph Lauren products but this time it has really given me a bad taste which I will...

I'm writing this review to help others stay aware. PLEASE PLEASE make sure to double-check your receipt before paying. I went to this store to adjust the price on two items and buy one new item. After applying the coupon on my original receipt, the cashier again scanned the two items I had already paid, bringing the total to $117. When I asked him/her/them how the total came to that amount and requested a correction, the cashier seemed offended and called the manager. Thankfully, the manager corrected the issue, and I only ended up paying the 50-cent difference!!! If I hadn’t caught the mistake myself, I would have overpaid and walked out...

Today, I experienced the most unbelievable terrible customer service ever. There was an older female manager with short hair in the store who was extremely rude and impolite to the point of being discriminatory towards customers!

I'm really curious how such a large international brand can have employees with this kind of quality; it has completely shattered my impression of the brand.
