Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Carlsbad

Normally I love the Kate spade outlet. Always happy with my purchases over the years. I recently moved to San Diego so I visited the outlet in Carlsbad. Bought a super cute camera bag crossbody. 3 months later all the outer layer of leather on most edges has come off. I don't have the receipt but I clearly show on my Marriott visa the purchase , a map showing I was at thier store that day and the exact price I paid for that purse. They agreed that the purse should not be in that condition but they don't stand by anything unless you have your store receipt. I don't save receipts unless it's a purchase over $500 and I always thought Kate spade held up and was great quality . I will not purchase...

Very disappointing experience. After making a purchase at a Kate Spade store, I later found an extra charge on my credit card for a donation I never knowingly made. The charge was listed under 'Panorama Global' which I had to investigate myself. After several steps, Panorama Global confirmed it was a donation made to the Women's Mental Health Fund through Kate Spade. I never informed about this at the store and it was not shown on my receipt. No one asked for my consent, and I only discovered it by checking my credit card statement. I am not much of a kate spade fan. I went to the Carlsbad Premium Outlets hoping to find a cute purse at Michael Kors for my Del Mar racetrack outing, Sunday outlets open late but kate spade was open I decided to go in just to browse. To my surprise I was greeted by Alana who was friendly and informed me of all the amazing deals they had.
