Art On Main Gallery And Gifts — Local services in Carmel

We had a wonderful experience with the staff at Art on Main. While visiting, we were drawn to some beautiful glass flowers by artist Lisa Pelo. Unfortunately, the shop didn’t have the smaller size we were hoping to find, and since we’re not local, we couldn’t easily return.

However, the saleswoman went above and beyond by kindly directing us to another shop that carries Lisa’s work. Thanks to her help, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.

We’re so appreciative that she took the time to help us—even though it meant supporting another business. That kind of generosity and customer care is rare, and it made a lasting impression. We look forward to returning to Art on Main in the future and supporting this...

Terrible experience. Not a welcoming environment and an employee was so utterly rude to me while watching my every move. Not sure how there are any reviews with images as I was snarked at not to do so, suggestion: make your “no pictures” sign bigger before you are rude to your customers. Don’t waste your time.
