Target — Local services in Carmel

This particular store had a product on their shelves/ sales floor that I attempted to purchase. The item was a collectible and apparently had a future sale date and should not have been on the sales floor. This occurs occasionally and is normally cleared up with a manager override due to the error of ‘releasing early.’ Unfortunately, the manager on duty near the self-checkout was not wanting to hear anything I had to say, was incredibly rude, lacked any sort of empathy or apologetic aspect to the situation and said “have a nice day” in a negative tone, ending the conversation before I could even explain other stores actions. I ended up leaving all of my additional items to purchase at the checkout, refusing to conduct business after this particular interaction. Target is pretty high up on the consumer spectrum when it comes to customer service and this particular individual does not belong...

I have to give this review because as a customer I feel this person should be acknowledged. I’m in Target on a regular, not only in store but online as well. I am new to this particular location but since I work close this has become a regular store for me. I have observed Torri, and I’ve noticed her more than a few times and felt that she should be acknowledged. She is always working hard, I’ve seen how much she cares about the stores assets by moving items that are misplaced, while protecting them from being in an area that they could be possibly stolen, as well as how she interacts with customers. Just overall being a valuable employee to the company, and as a loyal customer of Target, I wanted management to know how much I appreciate seeing an employee work as hard as she does, which makes me want to continue to be a...

OMG, I LOVE YOU BRAXTON FROM TARGET SECURITY. There was a really bad snowstorm, and my key fob would not work, and I found Braxton and I called him over first because I thought he worked in Auto, but he was target SECURITY but i asked him were the batteries were for the key fobs and he let me know they are in Tech by Auto and I went to that location and found them. Then I went up front to page BRAXTON FROM TARGET SECURITY because my car was barely working, and I didn't want to get stuck in the snowstorm with 2 kids! So, Braxton SAVED MY LIFE by kindly helping me change the battery on the key fob saving my life in a SNOWSTORM OUTSIDE.
