Starbucks — Restaurant in Carmel

If I could give a zero star I would. The Worst Service Ever! Now I'll give it to the Monday Morning crew.. they will get you in and get you out. If you go ANY OTHER TIME.. TERRIBLE!

1. Had a girl working drive through argue with my Mom when we told them they made the drink wrong and we asked them to fix it. Instead of saying, "Absolutely, let us get that fixed for you".. No, she had to sit there and argue with us that it was made correctly - she's lucky the drink was hot because it almost got thrown back through the window.

2. Yes I love that the you got a redesign.. but don't use that excuse every time you take 10-15 minutes to make my drink

3. Again, timing! SO SO SLOW! I'll order a drink (I'M THE ONLY ONE IN THERE ORDERING), and it took 13 minutes for my drink to be made and in hand. Why? Someone tell me?

Never going back to this Starbucks unless I'm about to die right then and there if I don't have any caffeine or something in me.You need to work on your attitudes of employees! You need to work on being more efficient on time - remember it's about the customer... not you. You have 8 people back there! Shouldn't take 10 minutes...

I know a lot of people say that they only gave one star because they couldn't give them zero, but this place is really the epitome of that statement. I don't know where to start, so I won't. I'll sum it up with this: save yourself the time and hassle and go to another store. There's another Starbucks across the street at Target that puts this particular store to shame. The time it takes to get two simple drinks is unbelievable. Most recently, we waited in the drive-thru for ten minutes after placing our orders, only to have to replace the order at the pick-up window, which was still incorrect. Sad. I remember when Starbucks was worth...

Seriously strange drive thru, 2 lanes, one side a bank, the other Starbucks. The speaker is super easy to miss, as we did, and there were cars behind us, so we tried to order from the window. After acknowledging that the set up is odd, we were told we needed to drive back around, and wait again. we were only ordering iced cold brew...no thank you. we drove the 1/10 mile to the Target location. Called the store, and again, they acknowledge the strange layout, but don't care how long one has to wait....
