Experience: for someone who does not normally hike/climb, I would say the difficulty level is moderate/high depending on your fitness. There are some spaces that get tight in the sense of walking, but they're open spaces so it doesn't feel claustrophobic. This is a very muddy/wet walk so be prepared. IT'S FUN!!!

Tour Guide: Had an amazing time on this tour! Our tour guide Gino was super cool and informative. He is obviously very familiar with the rainforest and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable as we went through each area. BIG props to Joel who was the lifeguard for us! He was absolutely amazing and helped me personally through areas I found difficult to climb. I cannot thank him enough as I wouldn't have been able to do it without him.

I was a little disappointed at first when I learned that this is not a snorkeling trip that you go out into the ocean on a boat for, rather, it’s in part of the bay near old San Juan, but do not let that scare you away. The area is beautiful. We encountered lots of sea life, and because it wasn’t out in the ocean it was very easy to navigate, for some of the more inexperienced folks that were there to enjoy snorkeling. This is my second time travelling to Puerto Rico, and I must say, itour has the best tours on the island. They recommended Toro Verde, which is th longest zip line in the world.
