Horribly disappointing the quality of service and professionalism provided at establishment. Made reservations online for a party birthday celebration days prior and upon arrival was advised that there are no seating available and we would have to wait. After nearly 40 minutes we were provided seating for less than have of party that had been requested. As we waited we placed drink orders that arrived nearly 30 minutes later for just 4 of the 7 at our table. 20 minutes later drinks started to arrive at table one by one. Nearly an hour and a half later a section became available and as we were speaking to waiter who sat us he began to state that the section was going to be given to another group of the same amount that had reservations as if my reservation nearly two hours prior was not important especially when we arrived on time and waited patiently for space. Finally we were able to get the space but now when we began to ask about food they advised that the kitchen was now closed and we were unable to order. At no time during our interaction with the waiter or any other staff did they advise of kitchen hours. In addition, we had to all place payment under one card only because they wouldn’t provide separate checks. In all, the experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world from the beginning to the end. Two hours of disappointment and dissatisfaction and I would never recommend...
Read morePatio De Las Flores, a hidden gem in Carolina, proved to be a delightful experience earning it a solid 4/5 stars. Located conveniently within 10 minutes of the airport, the Tuesday evening visit around 8:30 pm set the stage for a memorable night.
The warm welcome by the host, who handed each guest a rose, added a charming touch. While the bar area was inviting, we opted for the seated area, given our party of four. One suggestion would be to add prices to the cocktails, as the digital-only menu, while interactive and visually appealing, might pose a challenge for less tech-savvy patrons.
The "Me lo contó" cocktail emerged as a personal favorite, blending Ilegal Mezcal, Peaches Cordial, Sage, Lemon, and Egg Whites for a delightful taste. The "Indómita" cocktail, though visually striking, fell short in the flavor department, featuring Cazadores Tequila, Chicha, Morada, Passion Fruit, and Ginger Beer.
Acknowledging the subjective nature of reviews, the overall vibe of Patio De Las Flores was exceptional. The music, at just the right volume, allowed for a comfortable conversation without the need for shouting. The experience was rounded off with a great atmosphere and a promise to return for more. A recommended spot for those seeking a pleasant cocktail experience...
Read moreI cannot tell you how glad I am that we actually made it to this place. We only ended up going because the pizza restaurant in our hotel was closed. We thought we would get sushi then got there and changed our minds so we walked a little further down and saw it! I had it on my list but had completely looked over it because we were so tired! It stays open late so it's perfect for snacks and drinks!
This is the cutest place ever! My only regret is not dressing better! I couldn't get over the ambiance and vibes. Each area in there was prettier and prettier! It was such a cool place to hang out and they gave us flowers!!!!!
I got the mango puree Han'ei suru which was the drink that came with a cookie on top, the spinach and feta empanadas, the pork boullette , tuna tartare, and the cañones cubanos! The flavors were so unexpected! I loved everything I had! The tuna tartare wasn't what I expected but that was on me. We were just trying everything!
The portion sizes are appetizer sizes so not meant for you to be full but definitely go there for the ambiance if nothing else. It's the only one in the world so do whatever you have to do to get there!! It's more than worth it, especially if you like a...
