The class started with a detailed background of the recipe and the ingredients involved. Chef Zach demonstrated each and every intricate detail involved in choosing ingredients and the impact they have on the final dish. We baked an amazing French Mi Cuit which I learnt was nothing close to a choco lava cake only after I tasted. It was a spoon full of bliss in my mouth.
