Overall the presentation and packaging is great. They give you limes, salsa rojo, and salsa verde. You have all the perfect ingredients for a Mexican dish, but none of the seasoning. Barbacoa needed some salt and lime and didn't stand out by itself. I would recommend a slow cooker or pressure cooker process and liberally salting and peppering prior to cooking. Steak wasn't seasoned right and we would recommend marinating overnight to ensure flavors lock in.Finally, the salsa. It was too spicy and had no flavor. I had to add lime and salt to balance out the spice it had. A good salsa adds burn and flavor and enhances the food, not detracts from it.

Overall I would give it a 6/10 and have given some suggestions to improve. Also, this is a cash only establishment for right now so plastic and touch to pay...

First visit here. The gentleman who took my order was very accommodating with my special requests.. I really wanted lettuce, but this is a place with authentic Mexican food. Lettuce is not something they traditionally use. I ordered the Taco plate (2-Bistrek Steak and 1- Pollo Chicken) with Rice and Beans. They don't offer tortilla chips on the menu, but he offered to make them for me with guacamole 🥑How awesome! They have 3 kinds of sauce- red, green and Habernero. I tried the red sauce, but didn't like it. They provide sliced radish on the side with lime wedges. The food is served on Styrofoam plate ware. The sodas are bottled and refrigerated. Dont come to this place. The service is trash and the food is trash! I ordered a torta de bistec and it just came plain only the meat with cilantro and cebolla. Where are the veggies? Ive never had a torta like this. Also, i ordered two quesadillas and i asked if she can add avocado and she said they didnt have any and when my husband went to go pick up the food his order came with avocado which is crazy to me!
