Our family recently stayed a week at this park. We were in a 43’ fifth wheel. The way this park is laid out made me wonder how much forethought went into it. The pull thru sites are not angled, so we had to pull in at almost 90 degree turn into our spot, keeping in mind the road is not very wide. Once we pulled in, we quickly noticed that all of the utilities are at the FRONT of the site. Our sewer at that back of our Rv needed over 40’ of hose to make it work. We’re full time travelers and have never encountered this layout at any park (or resort for that matter). We’ve RV’d to 48 states and have stayed at over 100 stops along the way, this wasn’t our first rodeo. We inquired about being reimbursed for the extra expense. I’ll attach their reply. When we inquired in person the girl’s response was “I didn’t design the park.” This is not an RV resort, but a park with spots crammed together. Sites are VERY SMALL. No picnic tables offered at sites or fire pits. Probably because they won’t fit. There are a lot of long term guests with their “stuff” packed into their site. There doesn’t seem to be an age limit for RVs either. Sure the bathrooms have been updated, but some of us aren’t fans of having frosted glass as our source of privacy (especially with children). The lights are on a timer, so when we were showering the lights went off to the whole bathroom. We were deceived by all of the raving 5 star reviews. Which, not a single one has posted a picture with their review which tells me some of these are not actual visitors to the park. The good about this park: nice paved road, updated bathrooms, and close to Costco. Our next stay through Carson City we will book somewhere else.

At first I did not have enough signal on my phone to book online (same day, a Sunday). I called at 9:30am and left a message. No return call so around 2 I had signal and was able to book it. When I arrived at 4 the sign on the door said they closed at noon on Sundays. No envelope or info left on the board like how a lot of parks do it. My email stated my site number and the gate code. Nothing else. We try and park. The sites are wildly unlevel. There was a 19.25 inch difference in the front and rear! I do not have nearly enough blocks to level that!! Who does?? After an hour we managed to get it within 10 inches, so still not enough to open the main slide. We risked the bedroom slide. Nobody was around to even ask if other sites were available. And we couldn’t leave because the site clearly says no refunds. We managed to get the pool code from someone who was swimming because that was not provided. I have never been to such an unlevel site! We couldn’t even shower in our rv because the drain was on the high side and the water spilled out! At least the showers were ok. The pool was freezing but the hot tub was great. It was the only good thing about this park. Definitely wouldn’t come back! The entire park runs downhill.

The campsite was overbooked, but the system didn't tell me this and deducted $25 every time I tried to book again. So far I haven't received the money back. I'm from Germany and I'm on a road trip through the USA. Call attempts and emails are not responded to. Well, I'm in a good financial position, it's all about the principle. I will now turn the issue over to a lawyer. The campsite is dubious in its approach. No replies, no positive feedback. Stay away from this concrete desert of a campsite!

Nice, clean, simple RV park, gated, paved roads, gravel pads. Great location. Wonderful managers.

Pros: Location! 15-20 min drive to Lake Tahoe, next door to Costco,
