Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Carson City

This is my favorite Dutch Bros location in Carson. All the folks are so friendly!!! I usually use the drive thru. Even when they have 10 or more cars in line they keep it moving smoothly. We use the walk up window when we bring one of our dogs to get a pup cup too. They typically come out & even say hi to our dogs. So nice!!! 99% of the time they get our drinks right. That 1% is always fixed as soon as we point it out & it’s fixed with a smile. We usually come here 4-5 times a week (yes, we may have a problem, lol). It’s always clean inside & the drive thru is always kept clean from debris/trash as well. They’re always playing fun up-beat music which we enjoy. It’s just a fun place. My favorite drink (&my hubby’s) is the iced Hopscotch sugar-free with white coffee. So good & not too many calories. My daughters love their shakes & Italian sodas with the works.

This Dutch Bros. has become mine & my husbands FAVORITE Carson City Location Spot!!! They get our order correct every single time and it is beautifully tasty "Lite Iced Sugar Free Decaf Caramelizer w/Almond milk & extra sweetener" as pain in the butt that is they make it so amazing 👏. We live about 40 miles away so our drive home is wonderful with these drinks in our hands. The staff that work there alway pay close attention to our order and how they make it, they always give our pups pupachinos, they are so super nice and are perfectly talkative OH and for the people who complain about the loud music- it's never too loud. Telling your customer, "I guess," after being asked to add an ingredient (that was both requested and is meant to be included) is not an appropriate response.

I have asked multiple times when ordering to include the sprinkles, and each time I have asked, an employee has confirmed that they will be included and that the drink aways comes with sprinkles. Heck, today the employee next to the one giving me my drink even said it comes with the sprinkles. It's not one particular employee doing this, but multiple, but the above response from this particular emoloyee is why I'm writing here. To that employee's credit, she did give me the sprinkles, lots of them, but it was her prior response that struck me.
