Rent-A-Center — Local services in Carson City

We came in the Store to rent a sectional couch we saw online. We asked them to show the sectional and they took us to the display couch which was very comfortable. We decided we liked the couch and ordered the Navy Blue couch which we had to wait 4 days for them to deliver. Upon delivery we were not given a Navy Blue couch instead it was gray! We accepted the delivery but noticed right away that it was not the same couch we sat on in the store. After 3 weeks of renting said couch we decided it was not worth the price so we decided to return the couch. We called the store and set a pick up of couch and shortly later the store Manager called us to try an save the deal. We explained to him all of our for mentioned complaints. He then told us that the reason our couch was not as comfortable was because the display was Ashley furniture and the one we have was not. So basically they are deceiving people and that is not professional in our opinion. We will not be going to this...

I won't give them a star I could. They are the worst. If you want your money in the trash then go thru them. I got a bed set from them after two months of me having my bed it fell apart. I didn't check to make sure the pieces weren't ripped when I got it and it has holes everywhere. The duck taped it together because of the missing pieces they didn't have. I called the manager and for 3 weeks they were supposed to come and fix my bed frame. They never showed up. On the 4th week I called them and asked them to pick everything up. They said because of the trouble that I went thru they would give me the mattress from what I had already paid. A week later they call me asking me to pay more then what I owed. Makes no sense right. Be careful they will scam you for what ever you have. The few employees they have are rude and don't know what they are talking about. NEVER GOING...

WARNING FOR ALL CONSIDERING THIS LOCATION Disgraceful service, beyond incompetent & disrespectful. I understand they're not proud or happy to have to work at rent a center & barely make a living but no need to take it out on those that keep your price gouging company in business. Never again would I trust this location with my personal information or money. It's laughable how ignorant and rude they'll get when just trying to having a simple conversation like adults with them... I hope you guys all find real careers or even jobs of value but until then, you guys should practice the ol customer service mentality. You chose to be a servant not us remember that.
