Mills Park — Attraction in Carson City

Mills Park is one of the best parks in Carson we usually do a community soccer every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. on a lot of people come and we play there on the field is so big and it doesn't matter if there's people there's always room for everyone we also sometimes do volleyball and they have two quarts sand that are really nice on we have a lot of fun they have pickleball tennis skateboarding on all types of places to do whatever you want. Also something we really like there's a place of it where they have apart where they have seedlings so you're protected from the the Sun so it's really nice to do some activities that you want to be without Sun hitting your screen the whole park is super nice the two times we I was there for the South Park part there was a guy that was always going there and cleaning the whole place I was really thankful that we can use this place to do whatever activities we need to it's a wonderful place to bring your kids there's really nice bathrooms on its close to all of the city but also kind of Outdoors so you can have a lot of fun by running or whatever the parking lot it's really big they have a inner parking lot that has almost like car places and then they have a parking lot on the side of the park that has a lot more so usually you don't run out of parking lot but it's a really nice place where there are a lot of activities can happen. WARNING- Even though this is a public park, it is quite frequently closed to the public for private events. I was just told I could not use the restroom or pull into the parking lot while they set up for a carnival. When I asked on who's authority, I was told the authority of the Midway of fun. This park is also closed for police training, as well as a number of other private events. It's too bad because as I mentioned 8 months ago this is a nice park. (My original review from 8 months ago follows) The restroom facilities are a little barbaric, and closed and locked in the wintertime.
