Raley's — Local services in Carson City

The last three times I have gone to this store in Carson City specifically for their electronic coupon only sales that are advertised in their print ads and on their on-line page, the items have been sold out. I have been there on Fridays before 2:00pm and each week they have been sold out of the items. One time it was fresh chicken breasts and frozen chicken nuggets, one time butter, and the last time eggs. Each time an employee on the floor has said to check back later, they are expecting a truck. I have to drive over 15 miles to get to Carson City, so the idea of driving there to see if they might have recieved additional stock is not going to happen. Seems like simple bait and switch tactics to me. I have asked the managers on duty if they would substitute a similar item or if they offer rain checks and just get the same stock answer. Sales are limited to the specific sale item and stock on hand. Please check back before the sale ends. I would like to make the store management aware that each time I have left the store with $0.00 in purchases. I do not see why I should even bother trying to shop at this location. It isn't worth my time or the cost of gas when it is obvious you only stock a bare minimum...

We’ll, apparently the cashier lady after I left the store decided I was stealing because your cash register didn’t work so instead of getting a manager, she decides to send a customer out to track me down and escort me back into the store when I get to the store, there stands manager doing nothing. The guy that escorted me and gets back in line and I proceeded to be told I left the store without paying. Fortunately, I had the receipt in my pocket, amazing she had just given me that receipt not more than three minutes earlier manager did nothing but stand there the customer that escort decided to make smart remarks. and Lord, and behold if the cash register started working after she saw the receipt the sad part is this is the second time with the same cashier. Be careful people make sure you have your receipts when you come out of that store make sure. And you might have to play police officer and go find thieves because the manager of the store doesn’t want to do their job….. we did call main office same day they said they look into it would get back in 24 hours. No call came, called back and was told...

Great customer service and quality product. Pricey though. The pharmacy has been doing some shady things. If you have a pain pill prescription, you are not allowed to pick it up until after 3pm no matter what! They don't care if you miss your doses. They said it is because they have a lot of paperwork and that is not true. No other pharmacy does that but them. First it was pick when they open and then it moved too 11am, then it moved to after 1pm and now after 3pm! We get treated badly by one lady in the pharmacy. She won't come help you right away when you are standing there. She won't smile and talks badly about my family member who is the one who gets the meds. She will try to hide behind the back counter! I told my family member to switch pharmacies but she is afraid to from the hassle and another pharmacy judging too by type of med and discrimination. Update: We no longer do business with that unethical pharmacy and unprofessional law...
