I got taken out of work due to emergency surgery of course the payments where 2payments behind.... Abraham called me and said hey we need a payment I said ok cool I can try to get u a payment by that Fri well Fri comes I don't have a payment they call me wed Abraham did and said u know what at this point I don't want an over the phone payment we just need our stuff back ok cool u don't want my money I'm fine with that come get the stuff.... Well they wouldn't call and say hey we are on the way are u home they just started poping up and then I'm not home I'm at a Dr appointment or in one case I was at the hospital so he gets Angelica to call and ask for payment after he had said oh I don't want ur money she gets smart and starts fussing so I hung up.... Well Abraham calls me later the next week on a Fri and say hey we need our things back what's a good time to get it I say sat he then says well I can't come and get it sat I have other customers ur not my only customer I'm not about to rearrange things just for u ok cool I say well come Mon I will be here....well its now Monday I call him to say hey when will u be by to get ur stuff he then tells me oh I never said I'm coming Mon I said I will have to see when I can fit u in I'm like man I told u I just had surgery and today was the only day someone will be here to open the door for u Abraham then says and I told u ur not my only customer and I'm not going out my way to do anything I have other ppl to take care of I said well I guess u want me to get someone to put it on the lawn so u can get it cause I can't get up to open the door he said yea if u put it outside or don't open the door we will be back with the police I'm like ok but I'm not gonna be able to open the door for the cops either so either u get ur things today or u don't get them until I can get someone a nurse or someone else to be here and open the door he starts yelling and saying oh u will open the door and then when I say again I can't get up to open the door he says well I will have u put in jail and he hangs up in my face..... No one has still been by to get the stuff so I've had it for about a month free if they call and say oh we are coming like they did last sat they never show up they come when I'm not home then Abraham or Angelica wanna have smart mouth's and be ugly about things when I always answer the phone and say hey come and get it but I'm not home and I will be home at this time I never see anyone..... IF THEY CONTINUE TO DO BUSSINESS LIKE THIS THEY WANT HAVE...

First of all I know The previous reviewer personally and I can't tell you she does not pay her bills Ina regular basis . She is always in a lawsuit with someone over something. Also her house is so nasty the bugs were sure there in advance My experience with with Aaron was this , I moved to Georgia about 6 years ago and before buying a home here I wanted to just rent for a year . Mainly to see if I liked the area . I thought I'd do the same with furniture instead of moving all my belongings from another state until I decided where exactly I wanted to be . Of course renting to own is a little more pricey but they take on a huge risk also. The furniture I picked was new and very nice . They never harassed me ( however I always paid my account on time). They also never lost my card information ( of course I never switched banks or had over drafts that caused issues). Nor did they report me to the credit bureaus ( of course I didn't keep their furniture and move out of town .). For me Aaron's was a good opinion to handle a need in my life...

I bought a bedroom furniture set from this store. I was informed because I was military and this was a corporate store I would receive a $100.00 discount on my first payment and $100.00 on my last payment equaling to a $200.00 discount. I didn't ask for this discount it was offered to me. I just received a call telling me I received my first payment discount but because I paid off my furniture in 120 days that I can't receive my last payment discount. Which doesn't make since, if I receive a discount on my first and last payment then why can't I receive my discount. Oh they also told me that it's because you didn't have a 12 or 24 month lease. Which was never disclosed in the discount that was offer. So now I have to wait for the regional manager to call me. It's really not about the money but the fact of false advertising and leading a customer to believe in the services...
