I ordered an outfit that was missing two snaps and could not be worn. They offered a $10 store credit and told me to take it to a seamstress. I would expect at the very least a full refund. Poor customer service.
Update: I do not see how the fact that it was monogrammed or purchased five months ago is relevant to the fact that it was a defective item that cannot be worn. Did I not pay extra for the monogram? Yes I did. A return label was never offered. I explained to you that this was purchased before the birth of my child, which happens frequently I'm sure, so my child could not fit into it until recently and that is when I noticed that the snaps were missing. You did not even offer to fix it for me until after you saw that I was not satisfied with the $10 credit. In order to use the $10 credit I would have to purchase something else from your store. When I placed the order it stated 1 -2 weeks for shipping. When I checked the website it said shipping first week of April. These items were Easter gifts........OH WELL!! Upon inspection, the monogram on one item was placed over a design that makes it unreadable. Customer service said "That's the chance you take" For this price, both horrible shipping and rude, unhelpful customer service are unacceptable. Go to ETSY for same stuff, better prices, service & shipping. Wish I had known! UPDATE ON REPLY: your shipping dates continually adjust this does NOT make them accurate. When the order is placed the shipping is incorrect. Some effort should be made not to embroider on a design, especially given the cost and LONG delays...

As a first time mom wanting to make the holidays special I thought the cute design would be perfect for Santa pictures. I called customer service in late October after seeing no updates and was assured the would arrive by Nov. 18 when our professional photo session was booked. We are now 3 days away and the inventory hasnāt even reached their warehouse and I have to scramble last minute to find a new outfit. Our Thanksgiving outfit also shipped 2 weeks late but I let that slide since we didnāt need it until the actual holiday. Very big shame for expensive outfits.
