Most amazing blessings to have found him. He is an angel and I can’t sing his praises enough he really performed a miracle. I saved all yr for a ps5 for my son it was his only request for Christmas I was determined to get it I bought it he was beside himself Christmas morning unfortunately in less then 3 weeks after Christmas we started to have issues with the console I searched for a professional repair service Of course I went with a big name we all are guilty of patronizing the most popular so I went with UbreakIfix the biggest mistake ever My sons ps5 was completely dismantled and given back to me in pieces, and in a trash bag no less with no explanation of why they could not put it back together. Even if they couldn’t fix the issue they could have given it back as they received it. UbreakIfix particular location oberlin rd in Raleigh,NC the level of professionalism was beyond poor with no compassion for the customer. I hope this review finds them they were completely wrong no matter what the issue with the console it should have been given back as received. If I could give 10 stars I would. Two weeks ago my hdmi port was damaged on my ps5. My cousin and I attempted to fix it. We both had PC repair experience but that was long ago for me. After a failed attempt I decided to call Advanced Technology Solutions after looking at the reviews. I arrived at the shop at 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon. After being greeted with a smile buy owner I let him know about our failed attempts at soldering a new hdmi port on. He was very quick at diagnosing the problem. I left the Ps5 and the shop at about 6pm. At around 630pm that same day I got a call from the owner telling me it was fixed. I was expecting a Saturday or maybe even a Monday Turnaround. 30 minutes is unbelievable. I was blown away. The shop closes at 7pm and he waited for me to comeback as I lived over an hour away. He even explained where we went wrong at our repair attempts. To go behind someone elses botched work and fix a problem in that short of time frame is top notch service. Please if you have a PS5, PC , Tablet, Phone or whatever please take it here. The reviews are correct. He has gained a lifetime customer. My only regret is not leaving this...

Due to my very complicated health, my phone is my "external memory". I literally can't function without it. I'm also in the process of moving to Europe for treatment. All my information about the move is on my phone. Doctors. Attorneys. Immigration. Everything. My phone got stuck in a boot loop and nobody between Harnett and here even felt like they could try. I brought my phone here and within a day Munqith (I hope I got that right) had it working again. With all my data intact. I was able to back it up and bought another phone for my daily driver so I can baby this one until I get overseas. Not only did he return my phone from certain death, he literally saved my life. I don't know how you thank someone for that. I pray for him and his family and I'm writing a review. I can't thank him enough and I can not put a price on what he did.
