We ordered to-go steak and carnitas tacos the day before and they were REALLY good. Tortillas were hand made on the spot and the meat was flavorful and cooked very well. The salsas provided were also very good. We went back the next day and dined in. They have a couple tables and chairs outside the entrance if you want to eat outdoors. Inside is kept well and clean. They have small, single persons bathrooms. The chips were good, salsas were good. The kids grilled chicken and rice was delicious. I was a little disappointed with the steak this time. Food was very bland. We were shocked that we were served unseasoned food particularly at a Mexican restaurant. We had birria tacos. The birria tacos should’ve been flavorful but they literally even needed salt, among other additions. The chips (from the chips and salsa) were also stale. The service was also very very slow. They had one waitress so we were there for 2+ hours during lunch. We waited a long time just to order, then a long time to pay. Ultimately the food was at least edible, I guess, even if not pleasant. Fantastic authentic Mexican restaurant! Staff is wonderful and this place was packed on a Monday at 2:30pm. They have everything you want from tradition Mexican food cooked to perfection with a slight crisp but not overdone. The refried beans were amazing and the Spanish rice could use a little more flavour and some vegetables in them but over it was great!
