The owner LIED me many times. My recent experience with AP Automotive was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, I encountered numerous issues that left me feeling cheated and utterly dissatisfied.
First and foremost, the information provided by the seller was misleading and unclear. The owner told me the car was in good condition, but it was in poor condition, with several issues that were not disclosed beforehand. Neither the oil nor the AC fluid was there. Even the coolant was empty. The owner promised to fix everything, including the flat tire with a new one, the engine light, and the scratches, but nothing was done. After taking it home, I got a flat tire, and the engine light was just deleted from the system; which came again after 50 miles. I paid an extra one thousand plus to fix the car.
Let me go back to the purchasing story. When I deposited $500 on March 16th, the owner told me the car would be ready to pick up by the 21st. When I went there and paid for the car, it was not ready, and no touch-up had been done. I was misled and made to purchase the car with the promise to fix it by the next day. However, he started to tell me the car had been sold out and could not help anymore. I requested the carfax report, which was deleted from the system when I went for car pick up; the lady owner promised to send it to me but never sent it back to me. Even I follow up, she promised but did not what she said.
Additionally, despite assurances from the seller, the car needed to be prepared on time for pickup. They did not follow up with me, nor did they give any information when I called them. I paid for the car and kept following up. I even told them to see me in court, but later on, I decided to take the unprepared car. You can see the communication in detail; all of them were sent from his number, which is clearly disclosed. By looking at this, if you guys still go to this shop, I do not care.
Throughout the transaction, the owner of AP Automotive repeatedly lied to me about the car's maintenance condition and the services that would be provided. Furthermore, their actions were extremely unprofessional, including blocking my number when I attempted to reach out for assistance.
Even after I paid for the car, the seller blocked my number and failed to address my concerns. This lack of accountability and responsibility is unacceptable in any business transaction.
In summary, my experience with AP Automotive was utterly...
Read moreTo be fair I'm not a person who posts a review unless I feel it's a public disservice not too. With that being said I've owned 7 cars in the last 10 years (2 purchased privately & 5 through a dealer) and NEVER experienced such shadyness and overall poor customer service. The car a 2012 Audi A3 TDI was purchased a week ago and since we came in at the time of closing we purchased the car for the listed price online (which the salesman said was a mistake and that it should have been a $1000 more I guess to prevent any further haggling). After a brief 5 minute test drive we decided to go forward with the purchase. I asked if the car was serviced recently which he stated yes though the oil sticker said it was due in February 2023 and the service light was on. I was notified to run the car for awhile as the battery was dead (I thought it was because it had been sitting for awhile) and if i had any issues THEY WOULD REPLACE THE BATTERY. This is where the problems begin...
We drove the car without turning it off for 150 miles Friday night and Saturday evening the car would not start ( We had dinner plans that unfortunately canceled) At that point we summoned 3 Neighbors to assist in getting the car jumped all with different vehicles and NOTHING worked. Frustrated because the dealership SOLD US THE CAR was closed until monday, we ubered to the nearest autozone and purchase battery.
When Monday arrives, I call the dealership to explain the situation. And he tells me that I should return the Battery which I cannot do because it's already been used at this point and allow them to install one of theirs. I explain that we would have been WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR A DAY AND A HALF had we waited. To this day I've got NO REPLY, NO COMPENSATION and was told "did I even try" by the lady who does the paperwork but apparently can't make any decision without the guy who sold us the car being there. Since then, the air conditioner works intermittently and thank god I checked the oil because it hasn't been changed in who knows how long!
I am very disappointed in my experience with this place and Will update this review if I get compensation for the battery which is the least they can do since I was sold a car with a bad one and promised it from the beginning. BUYER BEWARE : Thoroughly check over the vehicle before you buy it. Make sure they do any work to it beforehand otherwise they won't do what they say...

I purchased car (Nissan Maxima) from AP Automotive and let me tell you, it has been the most infuriating experience of my life. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible their service and collection are.
First and foremost, the condition of the car parts was beyond appalling. Within a month of buying the car, I had to replace the tires, battery, and brake pads. Can you believe it? They conveniently failed to mention these glaring issues upfront, leaving me to discover the sorry state of the car after the purchase. It's like they were hoping I wouldn't notice or care. Shameful!
But wait, it gets even better. The lady owner and her team promised to fix the dashboard warning sign indicating low tire pressure during the purchase, that's why I made payment with the understanding that this issue would be resolved. I can prove it I had 2 of my friends along with me, Little did I know that it was just a ploy to get me to sign on the dotted line.
I called them the next day, the next week, and even a month later, only to be met with the same excuse: "We have ordered the sensor, and once it arrives, we'll fix it." Around 3 months passed, and I finally had enough. When I confronted the lady owner, she had the audacity to deny ever making such a commitment. I was left dumbfounded by her blatant lie. What kind of business operates with such deceit and disregard for customer satisfaction?
This automotive company's service is nothing short of pathetic. Their lack of transparency, broken promises, and overall unprofessionalism make them an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't wish this frustrating experience on my...
