I came here because I wanted a dip powdered french manicure. I have previously gotten simple gel french manicures at other salons but last time I got a dipped french manicure at another salon and loved it. Unfortunately. the other salon was not available so stopped in here. I explained what I wanted and was told that the dip procedure used at the other salon was not correct and that most salons cant do dip the way this salon does which is better I was told. I dont get my nails done often..in fact it had been 6 weeks since my prior dip. My natural nails had grown out quite long so I just wanted them done again. The male technician proceeded to rip off my current dip. I expected them to be soaked and wrapped for removal. At that point, my natural nails were broken and chipped. He used a brush to apply the dip powder in an effort to shape my broken nails for consistency in appearance but my real nails were damaged during the rip off of my prior dip polish. He kept saying this is the correct way to do dip so I could get a fill in next time for less money. I told him I didnt know if it was correct or not .. it was just a different procedure than what was used before at the another salon where the techician actually dipped each nail individually into the powder to create a french look. When done, I tipped him and while my nails looked ok on top not so great underneath..very messy. When i got home I noticed my nails were sore. All of this occurred the first week of July. I didnt post my review immediately because I wanted see how they held up. They did hold up ok though they started to chip at week 3 but I am ready to have my nails done again and due to how the dip was ripped off damaging my natural nails and my sore nails and how they looked messy underneath. I won"t be back . I liked the way my natural nails were truly dipped in powder before at the other salon , my natural nails were not damaged , there was no pain afterward and my nails looked beautiful on top and...

I honestly never write reviews, but I have to for this one. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would do it. I called in, ahead of time, asking for an appointment at 1pm today, for a pedicure. When I got there (2 mins before 1pm), they asked what I was here for and then directed me to pick a color. The colors are definitely all over the place, and the place isn't very clean. After picking my color, they told me to sit at a pedicure station, that was UNWASHED, with a dirty wet towel still covering the chair - disgusting. I sat there for 45MINUTES before finally someone came over. He was in the middle of finishing another lady's gel nails, just took off polish off of 1 foot, and went back to do the gel nails - completely disorganized. They lady next to me also came in for a 1pm appointment, and just left because of the lack of service. It doesn't end there... the pedicure was mediocre, and they used equipment that wasn't sterilized, just rinsed from one client to the next. I hope I don't get an infection. To top it all off, the tech decided to put on my leather flip flops while the nail polish was still wet and got nail polish ALL OVER my leather flops. I was completely distraught and NEVER want to come back. Trust me, save yourself the $28 and go somewhere else that has much better...

I had been going to a different salon for over 5 years but received a gift certificate for KB Nails on my birthday. After several issues at my old salon (waiting over 30 minutes even with a set recurring appointment, being called to request that I reschedule because they overbooked my person, appointments then taking over an hour and a half at times, etc.) I decided to try KB Nails. What a blessing this gift certificate was! I made an appointment with Henry, who is wonderful and have been going to him religiously for the past 4 months (2/month) and plan on staying. How refreshing it is to have your appointments honored and I can get my nails done during a lunch hour without returning to work late, and they are gorgeous every time! The salon is clean and everyone working there is pleasant... I would definitely recommend Henry...
