Dillard's Clearance Center — Local services in Casa Grande

If more than half the staff knows your name, I guess that makes you a regular—and I’m delighted to be one! For a clearance center, this store is impressively organized. Clothing is sorted by designer (so much less wear and tear on pieces—brilliant), and shoe clearance sales are always separated out to keep the rest of the inventory pristine.

Because I make a point to treat them with kindness and respect, I have only received that same kindness in return and helpful service whenever I’ve needed it. Honestly, I prefer shopping here even over Dillard’s regular sales—the team here has made the experience so easy for me.

The store itself is spotless, bright, and well laid out, with ample parking and even bottled water available for purchase. I know when to shop to catch the best deals, and there’s plenty of seating for the non-shopaholics you might...

My wife was shopping for bras and she had 9 items and needed to try them on. She went to the fitting room and the lady took count of items. When my wife was done she walked out handed her the items. She stopped my wife and said she only counts 8 items and she she had 9 when she went in. My wife said I must have left on in the fitting room. She proceeded to tell my wife let me see in your purse. Ok for one you probably should look in the fitting room like what my wife said (which that is where it was) it was very embarrassing for her. She did this in front of a lot of people. There is a lot to pick through here, but that is sort of the problem. It isn't a very easy store to shop in. Some racks were okay, others overloaded. I felt like the prices were good for a department store, but not much different than a Kohl's or Target (sadly there is no Target in Casa Grande). I was really unhappy with the lack of dressing rooms. I was there on a not so crowded Sunday afternoon and would have had to wait in line at either of the two dressing rooms. The attitude was non-apologetic with respect to the wait, so I decided to put the items back and return when I had more energy.
