New store in Casa Grande. They are still setting it up, but they already have GREAT items!! I bet my canvases and paint there. Along with many other great items!

However, the staff I have come across, are very rude.
There is not enough room to fit a scooter or wheel chair of a handicapped person around that entire store. Most of the aisles are too thin, or turning a corner would be impossible at an end-cap.

Read moreDO NOT try and order online for in store pick up. I placed an order on 9/8 ... the email I received stated that I would receive an email in about 6 hours that my order was ready for pick up. Here it is 9/10 and still no email. When I tried to call, a friendly computer told me that "all associates were busy cleaning the store" and to check the store locator on the website if I wanted to know the store hours then hung up on me. So much for ordering online for in store pick up ....

Read moreI was excited to get a 5 Below here in town. We went in the other day to get some back to school stuff and had 3 carts of stuff. Our total was over $200. Then at checkout we were told we had to pay for bags. I left all my stuff. If I'm spending $200 on your company I shouldn't be charged for a bag. Furthermore if there is a fee, there should be a sign posted or an employee to let you know that before you decide to buy 3 carts of stuff.
