I'm not one to write reviews, but 42 Degrees North deserves one. I simply would not buy shoes anywhere else. Their customer service is above and beyond what I ever could have expected. They know who I am when I walk in the store, and remember what I like. The staff is extremely knowledgable and great at making recommendations to help find the perfect product to fit your needs. They stand behind what they sell. When the tread started coming off my Altras three months after purchase, they replaced them, even though it was well beyond their 30 day return period. I paid a visit to 42 degrees today due to the unexpected cold front that moved in looking for a good pair of warm winter gloves I found way more than I was looking for due to a huge variety of winter gloves, I ended up going with the gore tex winter gloves as I have heard good things about gortex. love the hokas I have purchased also and will continue to buy more. Horrible experience from start to finish. Employees Damon and Nicole treated me and my girlfriend like we couldn’t afford anything in their store. I went to this store to purchase a bag I could use at the gym and to look through this locally owned establishment I’d never been to before. I was greeted with can we help you find anything and again 3 more times in a 15 minute period. I wasn’t allowed to walk through the store with the merchandise I was going to purchase, and even when I paid cash for my bag I wasn’t handed my merchandise until my girlfriend was finished with her transaction.
