I don't often write reviews but for this experience I will. I recently purchased some Father's Day gifts at Kohl's and unfortunately had to return a couple of the items. First the lady said that they had one of the item in the size that I need and then spent 20 minutes trying to find someone to look for the item and then decided that they didn't have it so I continued with the return after a very irritating long period of time. I had spent enough money on the original purchases to get there ridiculous coupons for " Kohl's Cash" which if you are unfamiliar is a coupon that you can use to get money off the next purchase this particular one was for $10. Anyway I got all the way through the return and the lady is handing back my receipt and says "oh and because you earned Kohl's cash we are taking $10 from the return money so you only get this amount back on your card." I looked at her and then the receipt and about lost my mind. So they gave me a coupon for $10 off but I can only use it for 4 days sometime next month and now they are taking actual money that I paid for an item and returned unused with tags still on, because they gave me a coupon?! This has to be some kind of scam right?! I talked with the manager and she said it's the Kohl's policy and there was nothing she could do and gave me the number for the customer service office. I called the customer service office and guess what got some hard to understand not in this country person that just kept reading a script and didn't even understand things I was saying. I was so furious I canceled my credit card and will never shop at this scumbag...

My mom has been a Kohl’s charge rewards member for 17 years and myself 6+. “Miles” the manager at this location made us feel like we stole something after my mom approached the customer service to inquire about exchanging a swimsuit she already paid for, along with her newly purchased merchandise. After she left the service counter to find a different swimsuit, Miles approached the customer service associate and quickly asked her what my mom was doing, assuming the merchandise was not already paid for. At that time, I was paying for my things and I watched the entire interaction. I felt immediately like my business was not valued here and made everyone including the service associate uncomfortable. Poor management made me want to return everything I just bought. Get a new manager. Miles didn’t even take the opportunity to welcome us into the store, ask how our day was, etc. before assuming we were stealing something. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Shame...
   Read moreThe women working here are the kind of employees I would want helping my customers. One of their greatest strengths is definitely anticipating needs. I was shopping with a few large items and someone approached me and asked if they could hold some things up at the front for me which was a HUGE help as I had small children with me. I also ran to the back of the store to grab one last thing (no one was waiting to check out after me) and before I was even a third of the way back to the register another associate was right there to grab the item for me and carry it to the register. These ladies also helped me load everything in my car. The efficiency of the people running this store is awesome. Stellar...
