This is the 3rd time I have rated them. I have had some great experiences and some horrible ones at our Casper location. But I am changing them from a 1 to a 5 star since they have earned it back with our last 4 experiences with them. The dine in restaurant has raised to a level in the past few months we haven't seen here in 5 years. The service is exceptional and the food is back to what we have grown to expect from them in the last 30 years. With that said, their take away is absolutely phenomenal... The food has always been as good at home as it is off the line. Hot, but not burnt from the lights or heated in some other artificial way. The salad is crisp and fresh and the bread sticks almost as good as right out of the oven. In the last month we have done take away twice and dined in once and all three have been better then the one before. My hat is off to either the new manager or the change the old one has made whichever is the case. The last visit was my birthday lunch and I enjoyed every minute of it from our server to the food to the wonderful desert they gave me to the great plate of chocolate with "Happy Birthday" on it. I highly recommend this Olive Garden, not only over their other locations but over 95% of all restaurants in town. ** 7th time, and still great!

Service was great but that was about it! Only three beers on tap and two of those were out leaving bud light as the only option, they were out of all of our first choices of food, drinks were over priced and watered down, and food was terrible! Tasted like microwave dinners- what kind of Italian restaurant serves boxed shells and cheese for their kids Mac n cheese? And the mashed potatoes were so dried out they were crispy! The chicken Parmesan was over cooked and mostly breading and spaghetti flavorless. Steak was also over cooked and chewy. I know our first mistake was going to a chain restaurant, but even so the food was so below what one would consider standard that I will never go back again. Very disappointing!

Apparently only 2 of my photos saved, the ravioli was incredibly photogenic lol. Got the soup, salad, and breadsticks, kids got pizza and fries, and we got the ravioli carbonara. Service was decent, they were kinda busy so it was kinda slow. Was still friendly enough. Food was all great, salad was very mediocre and swimming in salad dressing, would have been 1000x better perhaps serving dressing on some or ask if the guests wants the salad bathing in salty salad sauce.

The food was on par for what you expect here but the service was what gave this a one star. We waited for 15 minutes after being seated without a waiter. One of the other wait staff came and had to ask if we had been helped then went to fetch him when we said no. Ordered one cocktail and sodas, then our entrees all at the same time because we had been waiting so long. Soup and salad came out, no cocktail or silverware... no waiter in sight. When he did show up to help others we tried to get his attention several times (at least 3 times) to get silverware, finally one of the other tables pointed us out to him. We could see the cocktail sitting at the bar for about 30 minutes, we didn't get it till food came out and we finally had a waiter present to ask about it. Drinks sat empty (sodas) and we had to ask him several times to actually clear plates off the table. To be honest the section wasn't that busy he had 3 tables, one left half way through our dinner, he stood and chatted with the guy for quite some time. Overall it just seemed as if our waiter just didn't want to serve us... at all... He never spoke to us about the check, luckily we figured out to pay it on the kiosk... honestly the food isn't good enough to go back to a place where the server acts as if he can't be bothered with us. Maybe it was busy on the other side..I...

Came in last night for dinner. My husband ordered the chicken Parm dinner and I ordered the shrimp carbonara. The food runner placed the shrimp carbonara down. Then the chicken Parm. When she went to set it down on the table in front of my husband she dropped the plate on our table, The plate broke everywhere, glass breaking everywhere on the table. She said so sorry I will make sure you get another chicken Parm out. As we waited for another chicken Parm, she never took the shrimp dish off the table. And neither did the waitress. It just said they’re getting cold while we waited for a new chicken Parm to come out and there could’ve been broken glass in there. She never even attempted to take that off the table. It just sat there while we waited on the chicken Parm to come out. Also took a while for someone to come over and get the spilled chicken parm and broken glass off of the table. It should have been addressed ASAP. The waitress came over never apologized, for the inconvenience. And a manager never came over. Not even sure if he was notified. He should have and should have come over and acknowledged the situation. The meal was never comped either. Get it together, Olive Garden and do...
