Five Guys — Restaurant in Casper

I'm giving 5 Guys a 5 star rating. The reason why I'm giving 5 Guys in Casper a 5 star rating is because first when you walk in the first thing you notice is how popular the restaurant is around the country with all of the positive feedback you see on the walls. Second is when you go up to place your order, the staff is super friendly and super helpful explaining what each product looks like and they're are also helpful with explaining that 5 Guys is like the Subway of Burgers. Third is the food, the burger that you order is very juicy and has an amazing good flavor to it especially when you have them put on the cheese, bacon, and veggies that is good to be put onto a burger. The fries are so amazingly delicious and cooked to a 100% taste especially because they deep fry their fries in 100% peanut oil. Plus they also put the fries in regular cups that you would see using for a small, medium or even a large fountain drink at a dive thru fast food restaurant. These are the reasons why I give Five Guys a Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. So next time if you ever feel like having a craving for a good hamburger with good fries I would definitely recommend...

Don't come here if you need lunch quick or warm. I ordered online, came into the store shortly after I ordered went to the counter and told them I was here and my name. It was busy so I was being patient. I saw them put a bag up on the warmer and nobody called anything. Little did I know that was my bag. So after being there for 30 minutes I went back up and told a different person who I was and I'm looking for an order she turns grabs the bag and says oh yeah it's been here you could've taken it, it doesn't need fries. How am I supposed to know to reach over the counter and grab a bag on the warmer. Just a shitty system, this is common that's why I try to avoid ordering in person and...

Used to come here often. Service has been on a downward slope for a while. Well today was the final straw. Place a $15 online order. They charged my card SEVERAL times until there was no longer any money in my account. I went in to talk to the store manager. He was very rude and and showed absolutely no sympathy. Said it happens often but there was no warning on the website. Often literally no compensation or even an apology. Now I have to wait SEVEN business days to get my money. Now I’m going to have bills late and have to pay late fees. This is ridiculous. I will not EVER be visiting a five guys location again. And I strongly suggest that no one...
