Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Casper

Today, 10/22/2023, my family and I stopped in at BWW for lunch, we were seated and ordered drinks, our server was less than pleasant initially but i thought maybe she is just stressed. We ordered chips and queso and my husband doesnt like pico so ordered another without it. When they brought the second one they removed the first so i just thought they would remove it from the ticket, it was weird because he deliberately said can we just get another chips and queso without tomatoes. Then we get our burgers first while our kids are awkwardly waiting for their meals which are served around 5 minutes later. Our burgers were completely falling apart and were essentially like ground taco meat. When the server asked how everything was i said that my burger was completely falling apart and very hard to eat, she just replied "its a smash burger so they smash it" and walked away. Then comes the manager who seemed agitated and i showed her our burgers that were obviously falling apart and not really burgers at all and she said the same thing, "they are smash burgers so really thin, do you want another burger?" It then escalated to her arguing with my hudband and she didnt even try to resolve the problem. I have never in all my previous 15 years as a restaurant worker seen that type of behavior from a GM, we then got our ticket and they had charged us for both queso and chips, even the one they...

Used to love their food and ate there fairly regularly. My husband ordered take out, and when he arrived to pick it up had to wait while several employees watched what was on the tv's. Finally, got waited on by a woman who was working her tail off. The order was brought out and he asked for a few extra carrots be added ( this was a large order to feed several). He was told the sticks were 60 CENTS EXTRA PER STICK for a small carrot stick! A whole bundle of carrots at the store is roughly $1.00! Only had 6 sticks total to start. Those were packed in small, separate bags, and each bag had 2 sticks, and they just threw the bags in the carry out container and they were all wet!! Got a whole whopping 2 celery sticks for the entire order. Got the food home and the onion wings were MUSH and torn up. The wings were over cooked and tough AND they shorted us by 4! This order was over $60!

They have definitely gone way down in quality and service. Employees need to be told customer's before t.v. and quality is the PRIORITY!

Not usually one to post reviews unless they are good ones but, this had to be heard. The food was not good! That did it for us...wont eat or order from there again!...

Well, The Wings were really good. Now our server was not good at all. He was friendly but drifted off numerous times and didnt bring us anything except our initial and final drinks. I actually had to go remind the server that we were still ready to order food as he had asked us 10 minutes before that. ( he was supposed have simply grabbed us some sweet n Low and be right back??) We watched him wander aimless and b.s with other employees and clear tables.Food started with my daughter getting her mac and cheese within 5 min by another server, then we waited another 10-15 minutes for our wings, and still had not received our side salads. All of this was brought to us by a total of 3 other employees and none of them was our server. I have no idea how Casper B-Dubs works but it was bizarre. I will say that the lady who dropped off the wings compensated us the salads because noone brought them ( we did get the salads but 5 min after the wings) Ill probably go again, but Ill be on guard for who is serving.
