Marshalls — Local services in Casper

Honestly I'm having trouble with this review. I want to give it more stars because I know they are just following what corporate tells them. I went in there 3 times in one week (don't judge me!) First 2 times I wore my mask because our mandate was still on. But I saw a couple people without theirs. Next time I went in I didn't wear mine. Mandate was lifted 2 days prior. Then the following week I went back in (I told you not to judge) to show the husband their clothes for him to pick out and they told us we needed to wear a mask. Very confused. As I didn't wear one before. Maybe too many people in the store? Kaybe different front person. Idk. But the mandate was lifted. I stay away from people. Don't go out when sick. I shouldn't be forced to wear one or kicked from a store for refusing (I know, Karen right). But I put one on and hated it the whole time. Didn't buy a thing. Haven't...

Really irritating to spend time shopping and finding stuff you wanted, try stuff on etc, have to go to the bathroom (where you cant take merch) and then some overzealous employee just puts all the stuff into gobacks that you left on a shelf for a few mins. Like come on, not everyone is going to grab a cart, but this sort of bs just runs off your customers and leaves a bad taste in their mouth. I could see if the stuff had been left there for ages....but whatever. Im sure corporate's social media monitors will put some stupid reply but really don't want to hear it. It is hard to want...

I'm sure a lot of people love the place, but I don't think they ever really have anything different and no size selection. Whenever I find something I like, they do not have my size. Only one or two in weird sizes. And it boggles my mind how no one seems to mind the chemical smell in there. Once they completed the store next door, since then it's had this nasty chemical smell. My throat is literally burning by the time I get out of there. It's been this way for ages and I guess if they can't smell it, it's okay to breathe...
