This was my 1st trip here. The pizza was okay. It seemed to be good fresh ingredients, but it wasn't all that I was hoping for. The service wasn't the greatest either. The online system would not let me set it for delivery. No biggie, I'll pick it up. I ordered the combo to which I was supposed to get cheesey bread sticks and a drink with my pizza. When I got there, they did not offer to give me my drink since it is no longer offered and has been replaced by fresh lemonade and there is a price difference. The guy seemed a little annoyed when I asked about it, but did offer me a small drink from their fountain machine. I felt that they are a little pricey for the service and food that I had received. The pizza was smaller than I was expecting and the breadsticks tasted mostly greasy with a hint of garlic. I would like to suggest that if you no longer offer something, then please remove it from the menu. You have added the fresh lemonade, but failed to remove the pink lemonade from your online menu.

Update These guys do care about your opinion.

Two days after my visit and leaving my review. I recieved a call from Brian. Brian was very apologetic and offered to completely remake my meal at no cost to me, even though I had no intentions of going back. Brian did sound very sincere and concerned about my opinion. I respect the fact that these guys care enough about their business and what their customers think about them, to try and make it right. I would like to acknowledge, that these guys are confident and believe in their product. They believe in their product enough, that they believe that they can change my mind about the way I think and feel about them and their food. Which honestly, the call did change the way I felt about them. I would also like to recognize the fact that my visit was about 30 minutes before closing time. I will take it that this was just an off night and experience. Thanks for...

On the positive side, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly enough, and the pizza was better than... oh, say Pizza Hut or Domino's. Unfortunately, I have more negative than positive to report.

The crust was nothing like what was shown in the photos for this restaurant. Based on the photos, I was expecting a hand-tossed dough with a nice puffy edge. It turns out that this is one of those places that squishes dough in a machine, forcing all the air out and leaving it as flat as a pancake. The edge does puff up a little bit while baking, but it's nothing like what I was expecting or hoping for.

We ordered two pizzas: (1) a Margherita, and (2) a "Frequency" (which the restaurant describes as "Old World Style, Vodka Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella Slices, Bacon, Mushrooms, Onions, Finished with proscuitto"). The "Frequency" was pretty much as advertised, except there was nothing Old World Style about the crust (as explained above), the mozzarella was rubbery, and the proscuitto was just awful. The Margherita had NO basil on it (fresh or otherwise), and it was very salty.

The vaunted wood-fired oven turned out to be some kind of modern contraption with a firebox on the side and a rotating floor in the middle. As a result, even though the oven is burning wood, none of the smokey flavor makes it into the pizza.

To summarize, don't mistake this place for a gourmet pizza restaurant. It's a fast food restaurant producing a product that bears little resemblance to the wood-fired pizza of...

The pizza was OK. Overpriced for the serving sized. Salads way overpriced. In fact I didn't order any salad because of the prices. Good for one or two people, but a family will cost a fortune. Firehouse is good for a one time trip, but not a regular stop. Wings were probably better than the pizza. Just my 2 cents worth. The girl with the mask is a little scary since she constantly pulling on the mask then handling food without gloves. Unsanitary. Edited review, so anyone who doesn't give you a glowing review is harassing your employees? You're telling me that I witness an employee without gloves handling her face mask? Were you there? No. As for prices being in line you're telling me $12 for a salad is a good deal? The management needs to not harass those giving out reviews. I didn't give you a bad or a good review, it was neutral. Now thst you've decided to harass a reviewer, I will tell anyone your place is OK, but I personally won't eat there again. I don't just post positive or negative reviews. I post honest reviews. How about that? How about the guy with the doo knit hat on folding and stocking pizza boxes with no gloves? Guess I didn't see that either?? Sweaty greasy hands folding boxes peoples food will soon be...

Wow. Everything about this place is so great! We visited from out of town when it was slow and got a chance to talk with the owner. He was very personable and friendly and gave us good suggestions about the pizza, drinks, wings and garlic bread. We got cheese pizza for the kids, the Towering Inferno pizza for us and a 10 piece order of wings. Delicious! All of it! I highly recommend the Towering Inferno and the wings. The restaurant was also super clean, including the bathrooms. Update- our family was traveling through Casper again this weekend and HAD to stop at Firehouse Pizza. It’s THAT good! The garlic cheese bread was terrific. We had the wings with the dry rub as well as another order with garlic Parmesan. Delicious!

We come to Firehouse Pizza in Casper all the time, and the Bee’s Knees with hot honey is hands-down the best pizza here — we get it every single time. Today we were craving lemonade, and this is easily the best spot in Casper for it. We grabbed a regular and a strawberry lemonade, and both were perfect. Prices are more than fair — just the other day we paid double somewhere else for pizza with way worse ingredients. Firehouse is always consistent, delicious, and worth the trip. 10/10 recommend. Best pizza in Casper, Wyoming (and honestly, maybe anywhere).

I’m sad I didn’t find this spot sooner- the order was made crazy fast, the cashier and line cook were both so sweet, and the pizza was outstanding. I got a takeout pepperoni and mushroom hand tossed pizza and a lemonade. 10/10, definitely coming back! Worth adding for those looking over reviews - the owners takes feedback seriously and reaches out if things go wrong. Big deal in my book when considering who to give my business to. Good on ya, Firehouse crew. You have yourself a new fan. ❤️🤘🏻
