I splurged and purchased two new pairs of jeans from them right around Black Friday 2023 and was so excited because they fit and felt good on me. I wore them quite a bit. One pair still looks at good as the day I got them now the other pair, a pair of skinny jeans has worn a hole between my thighs. I took them back thinking they would stand by their product and at least give me a replacement. While talking to the associates I found out that this is a common issue with these jeans and they have since stopped selling them. Unfortunately no manager was at the store so the associate has to call them. They were not allowed to replace or refund them as it’s not a manufacture defect but normal wear and tear. How in the world is this normal wear and tear if this is a common issues with this particular make of jeans. I spent a lot of money here over the course of my life and I’m very disappointed. Grant it this was the first time at this location. At the location in Grand Island Ne if there were any issues I was always offered a fix, replacement or refund with no issues. I’m highly unsatisfied with this out come. Spending over $150 on 2 pairs of jeans with one lasting just over 3 months is highly unacceptable. The staff in the store was friendly but their hand were tied. I will not be returning to the Casper Wy Buckle and more than likely never shop at any Buckle location again. They have lost my business and I will be letting all of my friends know about this situation as a warning....

The item we were looking for was out of stock (not a big deal-we were just looking to buy local before purchasing online)so we decided to browse a bit before we left. My husband found a shirt he liked so he picked it up and we continued to look around. We no more than made it a few steps before the guy working at the register ran up to my husband and asked if he was going to buy that... taken aback, he said yes. The kid took the shirt and told him he would hold onto it until we were ready to pay. We proceeded to look around while the rest of the staff whispered and watched our every move like we were stealing. I am the operations manager of a multi million dollar facility. My husband is a lab technician for a uranium mine. We by no means look like a sketchy couple. We gave them absolutely no reason to treat us the way they did. I have never felt so uncomfortable. I never got greeted once. I finally approached the counter and the young gal asked if I was ready to check out and I said NO I wanted a DRESSING ROOM and asked her if they had a certain item, which she gave me a blank look, briefly looked around and said she didn't think so.
