We purchase a fabric to custom curtains for our home back on February 11, 2021 and they said the fabric will arrive in 2 weeks. 3 weeks latter we called for an update and they said to wait 3 more days for the fabric to arrive. After another week, since there was no update we called again and the Sales person Linda had no response but said Jack, the owner, will be picking up the fabric from Boca Raton on Monday and have it ready at the store on Wednesday (1 more week). NO RESPONSE. We called again the following week and they said this time "Fabric did not arrive" when they said the owner was going to pick it up. They promise this time the fabric was going to be at the store by that following weekend because Jack was bringing 3 different fabrics for us to choose. WHAT!!!! we don't need to choose was my response, the fabric was already order and paid in FULL more than $1,600.00. We waited 40 days , after all the promises Jack did not have the fabric, did not inform us he will not be able to get what we choose, did not have the 3 options Linda mentioned. This pass weekend, Linda said again that Jack wasn't at the store and the container was closed; to wait a couple of hors for response. " NO RESPONSE". I called before the store closed and complained about the lack of customer service, decency, lack of communication and the dishonesty from it owner. Linda offered a call back from Jack, the owner. No phone call on Sunday, no phone call on Monday. They don't know how to...

Great experience! Loved that they let us bring home a dollar-bill sized sample and that you can bring home lots of samples! Other stores make you bring up the rolls and they cut them.. and they give you a swatch the size of a business card! What do you do with that? really? But not here..you walk around with the scissors and start cutting a sample when something catches your eye! and there were lots of somethings catching my eye! The staff was easy to work with and friendly..! I covered by dining room chairs and am now going back to get the matching fabric for the valences!!! And the prices were affordable!!!! Loved it!!! Super impressed with the inventory selection and ordering options at this location. If you need assistance, the staff is extremely helpful in both the selection process and amount of material needed.
