Skip the store, order online. I ordered a charm that I wanted & because I was being impatient, I did order online with in-store pickup. That process was smooth in & of itself. The person grabbing my order was extremely nice & helpful & cleaned my bracelet for me! It was the other employees in the store that were a total turnoff. They seemed annoyed when customers came in & equally annoyed when they had to pull jewelry for people to look at. Why work there if you’re generally crusty & unfriendly? The “manager” just stood there & more of a store ornament/deterrent trying to look important & professional but didn’t greet anyone. If you’re not going to greet/help people, what is the point of an in-store experience? I will not be shopping in that particular store anymore, and the three star review is specifically only because the person that helped me with my online order and with my bracelet...
