Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Cathedral City

I didn't even think this new Dutch Bros location in Cathedral City deserves the one star i gave it. The moment I pulled up, I was shocked by what I saw. Every young adult employee was wearing non-slip shoes and one girl that was in the drive thru was wearing Jesus sandals.There wasn’t a single uniform in sight. From the purple hair to the mismatched outfits, it looked more like a high school hangout than a business. The lack of hygiene, professionalism, and attention to basic cleanliness was unacceptable. I was genuinely disgusted and will not be returning. Then things went from bad to worse. Someone dropped a drink, and 2 employees wiped off their shoes with paper towels, and one of those employees — a big guy — tried to toss the paper towel into the trash receptacle like he was shooting hoops for the NBA he missed of course. The paper towel landed right on the drink prep area, sitting there next to the exposed ice bucket. I had plenty of time to take a picture because no one bothered to pick it up and from what I could tell, the employee never even washed his hands afterward. At this point, I almost gagged. I was boycotting Starbucks, but after this experience, I might run straight back into those burning coffee flames of hell. Cleanliness, professionalism, and basic food safety — all missing in action at this Dutch Bros. This big guy even blocked the window like an eclipse, hiding the disaster from view or i would've gotten more disastrous...

Today made me pretty disappointed with them I went to the drive thru got my normal order which is about 18 dollars then happened too look at the charge for 29 dollars confirmed what I thought the price was had to get a refund but wonder how many more people they overcharged they are so picky on the hiring but can’t even have...

The atmosphere at Dutch Bros. is excellent in every way. The friendly energy and efficiency of every employee is infectious.
