Coastal Escapes — Local services in Cayucos

We have stayed in this house on 3519 Studio Dr. Cayucos many times before for the week of the 4th of July! Teresa is very rude and unprofessional! When we checked in there was dog poop scattered all over the yard! Never experienced this before at this house ever!! Called the office they were supposed to send someone over right away, but no one ever showed up! We cleaned it up so we wouldn't have to step on it all weekend as we were doing a cook night for our annual family reunion that we've been doing for the last 25 years in Cayucos and our families frequent many of the rentals throughout Cayucos every year! Some of my sisters have also stayed at that house before in the past! Monday July 3rd, called the office again and the lady blamed it on the other lady saying she was supposed to call and let me know that she'd be by on Monday to take care of it!?! Lol WOW! 😂😠 Anyway we went on enjoying the week and entertained on Tuesday night for our cook night! Myself, my husbad, my daughter , son and my two grandsons stayed the week with us! We had several family members drop by to use the close beach access during the week they stayed at their houses throughput Cayucos that they rented! The day we checked out I called and the lady on the phone was very nice and took down my info and said she was going to talk to the manager and possibly do an adjustment for me for next year she said that we shouldn't have had to pick up or clean anything because of the $$135 cleaning fee she said she would send me a new email on Monday with an adjustment for next year I said thank you! Well no email, no response! Today July 14th 2017 I call and it was Teresa I reminded her about the situation and how I was supposed to get an email of a new adjustment for next year! She said there was nothing they were going to do about it! I said well I filled out the review of the stay and I left out that particular poop situation because I was asked to do that and that the lady I spoke with on the phone said she was going to handle that once she talked to her manager. I said my be I should redo it and include that she said okay go ahead and do that and would you just like me to take you off for next year? I was so shocked I said sure go ahead a freaking do that for me! So sad that her customer service is that bad! Speaks volumes for the the...
