To her disgust she could view everything from the waist up! Just before we discovered this there was a " handyman" up there doing something with a measuring tape looking right into the dressing room. At that time there were two woman in the dressing room. The clothing is good quality they just really need to fix the view into that dressing rooms. After speaking to the sales clerk ( a male, 3 males working ) he pretended to care and said he would notify the owner. As we moved in to the next store we came to discover this has been a complaint...

We visited the shop last summer while on vacation. We purchased several GCF T-shirt's, a sweatshirt, and a pair of $60 sunglasses. The screw fell out of the glasses the first night my son had them, and we couldn't find it. We returned to the store the next day and they allowed us to return the glasses, no questions asked. They didn't have another pair exactly the same, so we purchased a pair that was more expensive and they discounted the price so we did not have to pay more than $5 extra. This is likely one of the physically closest Surf and rental shops that is almost directly on a Central Coast beach. Most other surf shops in Pismo for example can be up to a few blocks away in some cases. Of course, if one is staying in this town, this is definitely easy to get to.
