Maurices — Local services in Cedar City

I don't know why it's taken me so long to give this amazing place a review. I've been going to this Maurice's since I was a young teenager (about 16 years now at least) They have always been so great in helping me to find what I'm after. And if I just want to be left alone to browse they don't bother me unless I ask for help. I don't know how many other women out there struggle to find jeans or pants that fit just right, but it's been a lifelong struggle for me. Every time I go to Maurice's for jeans, the girls find pairs that will fit my body type and be comfortable too with zero judgment. Tonight I had Sadie and Bridgette stay until after closing just to make sure I was taken care of, 10 pairs of jeans later and after much patience and encouragement. Very disappointing. I got a coupon from a previous visit and 1 in the mail. When I first went into the store I asked an employee if I would be able to use both coupons today and she said YES. but the employee that checked me out wouldn't let me use them because of the sale. The $20 coupon said for a purchase of $50 or more which I clearly had. Also thus use to be a store that had carried larger sizes but they really didn't have much, instead they are carrying some kids cloths. Yeah like kids can't find cloths anywhere. I felt the coupons were given to bring you back into the store without a real intention to honor them. I'll get my cloths elsewhere from now on, I don't like...

Wow! I came to the cedar city Maurice’s a few weeks ago and I was helped by the most wonderful employee! I believe her name was Sadie and boy did she make my day! I was having such a hard day when I walked in and was looking for a pick me up in the form of retail therapy, but I got something much better! A friendly soul who cheered me on as I tried on clothing and made me feel welcome and helped me to find clothes that were flattering and that fit my job requirements as a student teacher. Sadie’s friendliness and encouragement helped to turn my day around and I even found some cute clothes to buy :)...
