Shady Business practices. I purchased a handful of cards from them that quickly appreciated do to an unbanning list released. As a buyer/seller of cards, if this happens to me, I accept that I missed the price change and honor the sale. What they did, cancelling with no reason (didn't even respond to my emails, but you had time to cancel?) is just shady especially when they try to get online sales. Don't bother buying anything Final Fantasy from them, I can tell you those orders will get cancelled after you give them 500 bucks up front. Untrustworthy.
At best you mismanaged inventory, at worst you cancelled an order because the value of an item increased and you wanted to raise your own price. If you cancel an order it needs to come with a reason, a buyer should not have to inquire and wait any amount of time. Take it as a learning experience. Response to owner: One can not become interested in a game that does not exist on the shelf to look at. One cannot accumulate a player base for a game the store refuses to carry. And one would certainly not continue to go back to a store that does not carry the game nor the player base to play the game with.
